Parents never have to pay to use Basepath with their team. Schedules, RSVPs, sign-ups, chat and photos are covered by the team plan.

- Is it priced per team or per player?
- Per team. One subscription covers the whole roster — players, parents and every coach — with no per-head charge.
- Do parents have to pay?
- No. Everything a parent needs during the season — schedule, RSVPs, sign-ups, chat, photos — comes with the team plan. The $5 parent plan is optional, for families who want their child's stats and photos kept across seasons and teams.
- Who normally pays?
- Usually the head coach or team manager, often out of the team fund. Some leagues buy for all their teams; get in touch if that's you.
- What happens in the offseason?
- Monthly plans can be cancelled and restarted whenever you like. Annual plans keep last season's stats, photos and history readable year-round, ready to roll over when the next one starts.
- Can I bring my existing roster over?
- Yes — import your roster and schedule from TeamSnap rather than retyping them, and it keeps syncing nightly if you want it to.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time. Monthly stops at the end of the current month; there's no long-term contract.
